1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the ProRun mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by DEMCODE S.r.l. SB, an Italian company.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, available at prorun.app/privacy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Service Description
ProRun provides runners with personalized and adaptive training programs powered by artificial intelligence.
The App analyzes running data received from external providers (such as Garmin Connectâ„¢) to generate insights, feedback, and tailored guidance.
All coaching interactions are automated and not provided by a human professional.
3. Eligibility and Use
You must be at least 14 years old to use the App.
You may use ProRun only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or its systems.
4. App Functionality and Updates
We may release updates to improve performance or add new features.
ProRun's performance may depend on your Internet connection and the availability of external services.
Integrations with third-party providers may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
5. No Medical or Professional Advice
ProRun does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional coaching advice.
Always consult your doctor before starting or changing any training program.
You use the App at your own risk and acknowledge that running carries inherent risks.
6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments
ProRun offers a 30-day free trial of premium features, after which you can continue using the App for free with limited functionalities or upgrade to a paid plan for full access.
All purchases and payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store, according to their respective terms and billing policies.
Refund requests must be submitted through the relevant store.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, trademarks, and content within the App are owned by DEMCODE S.r.l. SB or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEMCODE S.r.l. SB is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App, including any injury or loss related to your athletic activities or data from third-party providers.
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for using the App in the previous 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any material changes will be communicated through the App or our website.
Continued use of ProRun after an update means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes arising from the use of ProRun will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
