When you use ProRun and connect your Garmin Connect™ account, we may collect and process the following data:
- Account information: gender, age and training preferences.
- Activity data: distance, pace, duration, elevation, heart rate, power, calories, and other metrics provided via Garmin Connect™.
- Device and usage data: device identifiers, operating system, app version, and IP address.
- Training feedback and chat interactions with your virtual coach (e.g., responses, goals, performance feedback).
3. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Generate personalized training programs and recommendations.
- Analyze your performance and monitor progress over time.
- Synchronize activities and workouts between Garmin Connect™ and ProRun.
- Provide customer support and improve app performance.
- Send notifications or updates related to your training (only if you opt in).
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
ProRun does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with:
- Garmin Connect™, to synchronize your workouts and retrieve activity data.
- Service providers strictly necessary for app operation (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics).
All partners operate under data processing agreements compliant with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
5. Data Retention
We store your personal and activity data only for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request data deletion or account removal at any time by contacting privacy@prorun.app.

All data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel bound by confidentiality agreements.
